Yes. GateJak Standard has a 30-inch cane and GateJak Magnum has a 37-inch cane.
GateJak Magnum is recommended for medium and heavy-duty gates 6 ft and up. GateJak Magnum is appropriate for most commercial gates. GateJak Standard is recommended for 4 and 5 ft gates. Many light duty larger gates up to 12 ft. will also work well with GateJak Standard. Use GateJak Standard for residential needs and many light duty commercial, agricultural and industrial needs.

No, GateJak is universal. To flip it so the handle folds back against the gate on the opposite gate, simply remove the pin, foot, and the elevating bolt, then slide the cane out of the elevating bracket, flip the elevating bracket so the groves open on the other slide, slide the cane back in, and thread the evaluating bolt on the other side of the cane.
For every inch the spring is compressed the GateJak Standard provides 25 lbs. of upward pressure to counteract the downward pressure the weight of the gate places on the hinges and gate post. For GateJak Magnum it is 35 lbs. of upward pressure.
GateJak, Ultimate Gate Support System stops the sag in a unique and effective way. GateJak addresses the weight of the gate at the distal end of the gate, where the pressure from the weight of the gate is magnified by the length and width of the gate. GateJak also accommodates a change in ground level grade up to 14 inches with the GateJak Magnum and up to 10 inches with the GateJak Standard. GateJak also has an optional foot drop bolt to provide additional stability for holding the gate in place by dropping into a hole in ground. GateJak supports the gate in the open position. Therefore, there is no need for sticks, blocks, and rocks to prop gates open! GateJak will hold your gate open and support the gate while you bring in groceries, pets, livestock, mowers and other equipment etc.

Installation / Care
GateJak is very easy to install. It takes 5-12 minutes depending on the gate material and style. For metal gates it comes with U-Bolts, for vinyl gates it comes with self-tapping screws and for wood gates it comes with wood screws. See our installation instructions. Call for support anytime.

GateJak is made with a durable powder coated finish. We recommend sanding the area lightly (220 grit) and then use a primer enriched semi-gloss black fast drying spray paint for metal.
